Pat Coffey — Naturopath & Founder

Pat Coffey is the driving force behind The Honey Pot and the primary expert voice on Ireland Health Shop. Pat qualified as a naturopath through University College Cork (UCC) in 2005, adding formal academic credentials to what was already a decade of practical experience in natural health. His studies covered nutrition, herbal medicine, anatomy, physiology, and the philosophical foundations of naturopathic medicine — the idea that the body's own healing intelligence, when supported rather than suppressed, is the most powerful therapeutic force available.

With over twenty years of professional practice, Pat has worked with thousands of clients across the full spectrum of natural health: chronic fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, immunity, mental-emotional wellbeing, skin conditions, musculoskeletal health, and more. He brings to every consultation not just knowledge, but something rarer — the ability to listen carefully and respond with precision rather than protocol.

Edward Hyland — Naturopath

Edward is a qualified naturopath who supports Pat in consultations and day-to-day customer guidance in store.
